Returns

At Snap Supply, we value our customers and their satisfaction with our products. While we hope you are satisfied with your purchase we do allow returns on all Snap Supply products. Products may only be returned within 30 days of shipment. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. To be eligible to return items bought from Snap Supply, items must not be altered in any way. Any alterations to Snap Supply products will result in nonrefundable.
How to return items:
Please note that you will not be reimbursed for purchasing your own shipping label. We also do not offer any form of scheduled pickups for returns. Once we receive your returned purchase, we will review the item(s) and verify no alterations were made. We will then issue a refund via your method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be received.
If you have any questions about our policy, restock fee, or would like to return an item please contact us: Support@snap.parts.
Note: If you purchase the wrong product without contacting customer service for a model lookup when placing your order, your order does not qualify for a free return. In these cases, you will be required to pay for both the shipping label and restocking fees.
Items that have been removed from their original packaging do not qualify for free returns. Items that were damaged after they were removed from their original packaging do not qualify for free returns. Items that have already been installed do not qualify for free returns.

Warranty

Buy with Confidence! All Snap Supply parts always come with a 1 Year Warranty. Snap Supply will gladly replace your products within 1 year of purchase. Our warranty coverage covers any defective products or defects in workmanship under normal use of product.
During our Warranty Period, Snap Supply will replace your product with a new one at no charge. Simply contact us at Support@snap.parts and tell us what the issue is. We will send you a shipping label so that you can ship your part to us. Once we have received your product your new replacement part will be sent to you.  Snap Supply does not offer money back returns under warranty, only exchange for a new one.
Exclusion:
Snap Supply Warranty excludes the following:
    • Damages of a product resulting from negligence
    • Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
    • Damage caused by natural disasters.
    • Theft or loss of the product
    • Cosmetic damages, scratches, dents, or chips

Disclaimer: As a measure of fraud protection, we are obligated to ship to the address that you entered as the shipping address at the time that you placed your order. Rerouting your package once it is already shipped is typically impossible - in the cases where it is a possibility, we ask that customers contact the carrier independently. There will always be a rerouting fee of at least $17 that the customer will be required to pay. Please note that this also applies to ALL orders with free shipping options such as Snap Supply Express.
