Installation Instructions – Replacement Oven Thermostat for SNAP Supply, LLC’s products WB20K8

Tools Needed:

Phillips Head Screwdriver

Putty Knife

1. Unplug your oven.
2. Turn off the gas to your oven.
3. Take off all stove grates and burner nozzles on the top of your oven.
4. Remove the 12 screws set around where the burner nozzles were.
5. Using the putty knife, pull out the 4 igniters and disconnect their wiring.
6. Using the putty knife, push into the locking tabs located in the seam underneath the cooktop, lift the cooktop up, and remove it from its locking tabs.
7. Pull off the burner knobs from the control panel of the oven
8. Remove the 4 screws set into the control panel.
9. Open the oven door, and lift it up off its hinges, remove the oven racks inside of the oven.
10. On the inside of the oven, unclip the sensor bar from the upper back of the oven, carefully thread the thermostat section through the back of the oven, it is ok to carefully bend the rod if necessary.
11. Thread the thermometer through to the top of the oven.
12. Remove the 3 screws on the underside of the control panel and remove the control panel.
13. Remove the 2 screws holding the thermostat in place and disconnect the old thermostat of its wiring, clear the old thermostat of the oven.
14. With the new oven thermostat, connect the wiring, screw the thermostat back into place, and thread the rod back through until it reaches the interior of the oven.
15. With the rod in the interior of the oven, clip it back into place on the back wall of the oven.
16. Reinstall the front panel, Screwing in the 3 screws on the bottom of the front console.
17. Reinstall the oven racks, and reinstall the oven door by sliding it down onto the hinges.
18. Add the screws back to the front of the control panel
19. Reinstall the burner knobs
20. Install the top panel by threading the panel into its retaining latches, make sure to thread the igniter wires through their designated holes
21. Lower the cooktop and engage the tension locks in the front, attach the igniter caps and push them down into their designated slots
22. Reinstall the 12 screws into the top of the cooktop.
23. Reinstall all burners and grates
24. Turn the gas on
25. Plug the oven back in
