Return Policy

At Snap Supply, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of shipment.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original, unaltered condition
  • Items must not be installed
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Items must show no signs of damage or modification

Any altered, installed, or damaged items are non-refundable.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Snap Supply does not reimburse self-purchased return labels
  • We do not offer scheduled carrier pickups
  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee

If the incorrect product was ordered without contacting customer service for model verification prior to purchase, the return will be subject to both return shipping costs and a restocking fee.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will verify the item meets return eligibility requirements
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear

Warranty


Buy with Confidence! All Snap Supply parts always come with a 1 Year Warranty. Snap Supply will gladly replace your products within 1 year of purchase. Our warranty coverage covers any defective products or defects in workmanship under normal use of product.
During our Warranty Period, Snap Supply will replace your product with a new one at no charge. Simply contact us at Support@snap.parts and tell us what the issue is. We will send you a shipping label so that you can ship your part to us. Once we have received your product your new replacement part will be sent to you.  Snap Supply does NOT offer money back returns under warranty, only exchange for a new one.

Exclusion:
Snap Supply Warranty excludes the following:
    • Damages of a product resulting from negligence
    • Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
    • Damage caused by natural disasters.
    • Theft or loss of the product
    • Cosmetic damages, scratches, dents, or chips

Disclaimer: As a measure of fraud protection, we are obligated to ship to the address that you entered as the shipping address at the time that you placed your order. Rerouting your package once it is already shipped is typically impossible - in the cases where it is a possibility, we ask that customers contact the carrier independently. There will always be a rerouting fee of at least $17 that the customer will be required to pay. Please note that this also applies to ALL orders with free shipping options such as Snap Supply Express.
