Return Policy
At Snap Supply, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of shipment.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in original, unaltered condition
- Items must not be installed
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Items must show no signs of damage or modification
Any altered, installed, or damaged items are non-refundable.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Snap Supply does not reimburse self-purchased return labels
- We do not offer scheduled carrier pickups
- Returns may be subject to a restocking fee
If the incorrect product was ordered without contacting customer service for model verification prior to purchase, the return will be subject to both return shipping costs and a restocking fee.
