Local Pickup Instructions

Snap Supply is not a retail store; however, we are happy to offer local pickup through our secure locker system for your convenience.

How It Works

1. Place Your Order
   Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM for same-day pickup.
• You can order online or by phone.
• When ordering online, please select “Free Shipping” at checkout and notify us that you’d like to pick up your order so we can mark it accordingly.
2. Pickup Instructions Sent by Email
   Once we receive your order, we’ll email you detailed pickup instructions, including our address and directions to our locker system.
3. Locker Assignment
   When your order is ready, we’ll assign it to a locker.
   You’ll receive a phone call and email with your locker number and access details.
4. Pickup at Your Convenience
   Once you receive your locker information, you may pick up your order during the hours listed below.

Pickup Hours

Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

 

** Please Note: Holidays may affect our ability to offer local pickup. We recommend planning ahead during holiday periods.
