- Find the water valve behind the rear access panel at the bottom of the refrigerator.
- Investigate the water valve for any noticeable signs of leakage. Ensure all connections are properly secured.
- Disconnect and remove water valve.
- Check for blockage at the filter screen.
- Test water valve with multimeter using the RX1 setting.
- Touch probes to the terminals to check for continuity.
- You should receive a result of between 200 and 500 ohms.
- If you do not receive the expected readings, then your water valve must be replaced.
