
Health and Convenience Changes - What Do You Want To See?
Snap Supply remains fully operational during these strange times. Currently, we are looking to evolve the convenience and safety features that we offer our customers.
Already, our staff has been working at home in compliance with social distancing guidelines. Our order fulfillment team have changed their workflow to be in total compliance with CDC guidelines. It is our top priority to remain safely open and fully available.
As we continue to operate, we’ve continued to think about the ways in which we can better serve our customers during this time.
Some of these ideas we have already begun to implement. We have changed our shipping options to ensure customers continue to receive orders as fast as possible.
One of the new ideas that we have been considering is bringing in contactless lockers as a safety consideration for our in-store pickup customers. These lockers are unlocked via smartphone, so customers do not have to worry about coming into unnecessary contact with others.
